Saskatchewan is a province in the central part of Canada. The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program is the way to immigrate to Canada and live in the province of Saskatchewan. In order to qualify for this program, you need to be registered with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) first.
The SINP will nominate candidates based on eligibility requirements.
The International Skilled Worker category is for skilled workers who want to immigrate to Saskatchewan and are living abroad or are already living in Canada. There are three ways to do this:

Employment Offer – have a job offer for a skilled job in the province of Saskatchewan

Occupation In-Demand – do not have a job offer in Saskatchewan but are highly skilled in a high-demand occupation in the province

Saskatchewan Express Entry – do not have a job offer in Saskatchewan but are in the IRCC Express Entry pool of applicants
You must have the following to apply:

express interest in living and working in Saskatchewan

have a valid Express Entry Number and Job Seeker Code

have a minimum of 60 points in the SINP system

have a degree equivalent to at least one year of Canadian education

have appropriate work experience in your degree field

have funds for resettling and a plan
-
pay the fee of $350 (subject to change)
There are also immigration options for those who already live and work or are students in Saskatchewan.
The higher the score, the better your chances of being nominated for immigration under the SINP.
